PHOENIX – The Phoenix police have a holiday murder mystery on their hands.
Phoenix police detective Darren Burch said Enrique Gudino was brutal murdered in the early morning hours of Thanksgiving 2010.
“This is truly a ‘whodunit,'” Burch said.
“He was a known transient in the area, and he was stabbed multiple times right on the street,” Burch said.
It happened in a neighborhood near 35th Avenue and Buckeye.
“We have absolutely no motive, we have no eyewitnesses, we have no suspect, no leads,” Burch said. “What we have, unfortunately, is a 32-year-old man killed on Thanksgiving morning.”
“Who would be out there at 2:30 in the morning on Thanksgiving morning and have such a beef with this young man to kill him?” Burch asked.
