Paradise Valley estate with ultimate ‘man cave’ hits market for $11M

PHOENIX – Well-heeled home shoppers on the lookout for an ultra-luxury residence in the Phoenix area have an extravagant new option to check out.
A 14,396-square-foot contemporary mansion in Paradise Valley was listed for just under $11 million earlier this month.
The property joins a handful of others with a price tag above $10 million available in Maricopa County, topped by a Scottsdale spread with an asking price of $32 million.
Last month, a 15,000-square-foot Paradise Valley estate fetched $12.6 million.
The new listing is for a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom palace built in 2013 with unique features such as a theater room with seating for 13 and an ultimate “man cave” with golf simulator, billiards, full wet bar and more.
