PHOENIX – The home of Arizona’s first indoor water park is now taking reservations.
The Great Wolf Lodge just outside Scottsdale will welcome its first guests on Oct. 17.
The resort in the Talking Stick Entertainment District, near Loop 101 and Via de Ventura, is offering a 30% grand-opening discount until May 1 for stays between Oct. 17 and Dec. 20.
“Our Scottsdale location will offer a place where joy is found around every corner and memories are waiting to be created – no matter the desert weather. It’s the ideal family getaway,” Mark Rucker, regional vice president of operations, said in a press release.
An overnight stay includes two days’ access to an 85,000-square-foot indoor water park with body slides, tube slides, raft rides, activity pools and splash areas.
The resort also will have a large outdoor pool with additional water attractions.
Additionally, a variety of dry family-friendly activities will be available, including miniature golf, a ropes course, an exclusive live-action adventure game and eight dining options.
The Wisconsin-based company announced it would be building the Arizona venue, the chain’s 18th in North America, in January 2018.
