PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Friday night after an 83-year-old man with a medical condition who was last seen in Phoenix the night before was found safe in Goodyear.
Roberto Velasquez was reported missing after being seen in the area of 70th and Cambridge avenues around 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
