PHOENIX – The remaining assets of Fiesta Mall in Mesa will be up for auction, according to a press release.

The mall’s closure was announced in January 2018 after being open since the 1970s near Baseline and Alma School roads.

The remaining appliances and decor will be offered to the public through Auction Nation.

Two auctions are currently available on the website and more will be added, according to the release.

Items already available for auction include a Classic Grill neon sign with 27 bids at $295, and a stainless steel refrigerator with 23 bids at $190.

According to the release, a few open house previews will be available, and the auction is expected to run until the end of April.

“This is an amazing opportunity for the general public alike to bid on and purchase the assets from the Fiesta Mall,” Andria Parra, Auction Nation national asset director, said in the release.

“This will undoubtfully give everyone a nostalgic feeling when looking at the auctions. But the good news is that you could be able to own a piece of the mall to cherish forever.”

We want to hear from you.
