Silver Alert canceled for 65-year-old Gilbert man with dementia

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Wednesday for a 65-year-old Gilbert man with dementia after he was found safe in southern Arizona.
Kevin Ray Buckmister was found near Nogales, the Gilbert Police Department said. He was reported missing after he was last seen in the area of Elliot and Gilbert roads around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
He was driving a white 2000 Ford F150 with Arizona license plate number BDD3091, and Gilbert police said he may be trying to drive to Pinetop.
Police described him as a white male with hazel eyes and brown hair wearing jeans and a tan flannel shirt.
Police said he is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds.
