The show will be two months after Starr’s old mate Paul McCartney plays at Talking Stick Resort Arena on June 26.
Starr’s 2019 tour marks the 30th anniversary of the All Starr Band, which has featured an ever-evolving cast of musicians over the years.
The current lineup is made up of Warren Ham, Gregg Rolie, Steve Lukather, Hamish Stuart, Colin Hay and Gregg Bissonette.
“My dream has always been, and still is, to play great music with great musicians – and I’ve been blessed to have so many incredible ones in my All Starr Bands,” Starr said on his website.
At the typical All Starr Band show, Ringo performs a selection of Beatles classics – including staples “With a Little Help from My Friends” and “Yellow Submarine” – plus songs from his solo career.
In addition, some of the other musicians take turns in the spotlight performing hits from their bands.
