21-year-old suspect identified in Saturday’s fatal hit-and-run in Phoenix

PHOENIX — A 21-year-old man has been identified as a suspect in a hit-and-run in Phoenix that killed a 24-year-old man on Saturday.
Phoenix police announced Monday that 21-year-old Breyon Green was arrested for allegedly leaving the scene at the crash near 19th and Dunlap avenues.
Mathew Carringer, 24, was pronounced dead after being transported to a hospital.
Carringer was riding a skateboard when he was hit.
Green will appear in court on Dec. 24.
The investigation was ongoing.
