PHOENIX — Bonneville International and United Way are hosting a Facebook Live fundraising event Monday night for the victims of the Camp Fire.
KSL-TV’s Dace McCann will host the Camp Fire Benefit, which will feature live and prerecorded performances starting at 7 p.m.
At least 85 people have died as a result of the Camp Fire, which burned through more than 240 square miles in northern California after igniting on Nov. 8.
At least 19,000 buildings — most of them homes — were destroyed, and more than 250,000 people fled the area.
To contribute to the fundraiser, text ButteFire to 91999.
The entirety of these donations will go directly to the United Way’s Camp Fire relief efforts.
