Tempe Police looking for suspect who enters bedrooms, photographs victims

PHOENIX — The Tempe Police Department is looking for a suspect who they said enters unlocked apartment bedrooms, then touches victims.
He is also known to take videos and photos of his victims, the department said in a news release.
According to police, the suspect is a black male in his early 20s, between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall.
He has short dreadlocks and a “slim build,” and he often wears “flashy” shirts with blue and white sneakers, they said.
