Arizona Diamondbacks’ Jake Lamb buys Scottsdale house for $2.8M

PHOENIX — Arizona Diamondbacks’ player Jake Lamb needed a place to recover from his rotator cuff surgery in August.
Now he has five bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, in which to do so.
The third baseman purchased the 5,000-square-foot home in north Scottsdale last week for about $2.8 million, according to public records.
The stunning house features a three-car garage, resort-style backyard pool and a roomy patio with a built-in grill.
According to Zillow, the home was built in 1959 and sits on a half-acre lot.
The house was last sold in 2017 for about $1.1 million.
