‘Glee’ stars Lea Michele, Darren Criss coming to Tempe in November

Sep 11, 2018, 1:07 PM

PHOENIX — “Glee” stars Lea Michele and Darren Criss are bringing their LM/DC Tour to ASU Gammage in Tempe on Nov. 3.

Tickets for the concert, which start at $41, go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday at the Gammage ticket office and website or by phone at 480-965-3434.

Fans can register for access to a presale, which starts Wednesday at 10 a.m., at LMDCTour.com. American Express card members also can get early access at the same time.

The concert will include songs from “Glee,” Broadway shows and the performers’ solo careers.

Michele played Rachel Berry for the entire run of “Glee,” from 2009 to 2015, and released her first solo album, “Louder,” in 2014.

Criss is up for an Emmy for his portrayal of Andrew Cunanan in “The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story.”

He was a founding member of StarKid Productions, a Chicago-based theatre company best known for “A Very Potter Musical.” He went on to play Blaine Anderson on “Glee” from 2010 to 2015 and took on the title role in the Broadway revival of “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” in 2015.

The pair first teamed up for the LM/DC Tour in May. The last show of the initial leg was July 1 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Tempe show is part of a West Coast swing of the tour, which kicks off Oct. 26 in Las Vegas.
