Part of Interstate 10, 17 to be closed during June 22 weekend

PHOENIX — Arizona Department of Transportation has announced several closures on the I-10 and I-17 for the coming weekend.
In a statement, it warned to allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes.
Eastbound I-10 between 75th and 51st avenues
This area will be closed from 9 a.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Saturday for bridge construction. In addition, eastbound I-10 on-ramps at 91st and 83rd avenues will be closed due to Tolleson construction south of the I-10.
The closure will allow a crane to remove objects on the freeway including medians and concrete barriers and place a new sign.
ADOT recommended using northbound and eastbound Loop 101 in the West Valley. Additionally, eastbound traffic exiting at 75th Avenua can use McDowell Road or Van Buren Street.
Northbound exit to Deer Valley Road from the 101 at the I-17
This will be closed from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday an Sunday for pavement work on Deer Valley Road.
The northbound I-17 on-ramp at Deer Valley Road will be closed as well.
ADOT recommended Rose Garden Lane or Pinnacle Park roads instead.
Lane restrictions: Happy Valley Road west of I-17
These restrictions will take place from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday an dSunday for more pavement work. ADOT also warned of lane restrictions on Happy Valley Road between 43rd Avenue and the roundabout on the west part of the I-17 interchange.
For a detour, use Pinnacle Peak Road.
Northbound I-17 frontage road between Osborn and Indian School roads
This will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weeknights, including Friday, until July 6. ADOT recommended taking Thomas Road to 19th Avenue and Indian School Road to get back to the northbound frontage road.
