PHOENIX — Hozier, the famed “Take Me To Church” singer, will be taking his musical talents to the Valley later this year as part of his self-titled North American tour.
He will be performing at the Marquee Theater in Tempe on Oct. 14.
The Tempe show will be available to all ages.
The tour was announced this week as a complement to his upcoming album.
“The completion of the record is fast approaching and I’m eager to share it with everyone. Sincere and heartfelt thanks to all the fans for your continued support,” the artist said on his website.
“Realising [sic] the work in a live setting was such a joy for me last time round and I hope to see you on the road again soon.”
The tour will kick off in Ottawa on Sept. 15 and wrap up in Vancouver on Oct. 22.
For those who will not be able to attend the Tempe show, Hozier will also perform at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Oct. 8, the Observatory North Park in San Diego on Oct. 15 and at the Fox Theater in Oakland on Oct. 16.
Tickets for all of the shows will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. They range from $35 to $65.
