PHOENIX — Olympic swimming legend Michael Phelps has jumped back into the real estate pool, listing his Paradise Valley home for just over $4 million, according to a report Tuesday.
TMZ said the asking prices was $4.125 million.
Phelps and wife Nicole Johnson bought the house that has backyard views of Camelback Mountain in December of 2015, before they married.
They paid $2.53 million for the newly finished 6,000-square-foot property. The home has five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, four fireplaces and … wait for it … a large pool.
The 32-year-old gold-medal winner settled in Arizona after retiring — again — from competitive swimming after the 2016 Rio Games. He joined his former coach Bob Bowman as a volunteer assistant at Arizona State University.
Phelps collected 23 gold medals and 28 overall during his career, the most for any Olympian.
He and Johnson have two sons, Boomer, 2, and Beckett, 5 months.
