PHOENIX — A new bus route connecting Phoenix to Las Vegas will begin on May 25, via the travel service Megabus.com.
Megabus is a transportation company that serves more than 100 cities across North America.
The route from Phoenix to Las Vegas was advertised as a five-and-a-half hour trip at under $14.99 dollars per person.
Travelers can purchase a trip from Las Vegas to Phoenix for less than one dollar but the travel times bounce up to more than six hours because of a stop in Glendale. That offer was only available for the first two days of the new route, May 25 and 26.
