PHOENIX — A water line broke in Terminal 2 at Sky Harbor Airport overnight on Monday, airport officials confirmed.
The break limited restroom availability, but portable restrooms were available, spokesperson Gregory E. Roybal said.
It had not impacted any flights as of 10:30 a.m.
Staff at the airport handed out water and hand sanitizer to travelers, and restaurants that sell prepacked food or don’t require water are open.
Terminal 2 consists of Alaska Airlines, Boutique Air, Spirit Airlines, Sun Country Airlines and United Airlines.
