PHOENIX — A toddler boy found wandering alone in an apartment complex has been reunited with his family, Phoenix Police said Tuesday.
Family members told police there had been a miscommunication about who would be taking care of him.
Police said the boy was spotted in a complex near 43rd Avenue and Thomas Road around 7 a.m. on Sunday.
The little boy had not been able to tell police his name or where he lives.
Police believed him to be 2 or 3 years old.
The boy was found wearing a blue shirt, red-white-and-blue shorts, and yellow socks.
