ADOT: US 60 reopened following multi-vehicle crash

PHOENIX — The westbound lanes of the US 60 at Mill Avenue that were blocked due to an accident involving numerous vehicles on Friday have been reopened, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

At least four vehicles were involved in the crash.
ADOT said traffic was getting by the accident using the shoulder, but heavy traffic and delays were expected.
The department urged drivers to find alternate routes or plan ahead for delays.
It was not immediately known if anyone was injured in the accident.
