Grammy winner Tony Bennett to perform at Celebrity Theatre in August

PHOENIX — Grab your ticket next week to see a 19-time Grammy award winner live in August.
Tickets to see Tony Bennett go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24, according to a release. Over his 60-year career, Bennett has sold millions of records and dozens of platinum and gold albums.
He is best known for songs including “Steppin’ Out With My Baby” and “I Left My Heart In San Francisco.”
Bennett and his daughter, Antonia Bennett, will perform at Celebrity Theatre on Aug. 7.
Antonia, a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, will open the performance will jazz and pop music.
In addition to his music career, Bennett is a recipient of the United Nation’s Humanitarian and Citizen of the World honors. His projects included raising money for the American Cancer Society, supporting arts education in public high schools and he marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., in the Selma march of 1965.
He founded the Frank Sinatra School of Arts in New York.
Bennett is also an avid painter with works displayed in the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.
