PHOENIX – Make sure to give yourself extra travel time this weekend, as three Valley freeways are expected to have restrictions in place.

Eastbound Loop 101 in North Phoenix will be narrowed to two lanes between Seventh Avenue and Seventh Street for pavement improvements. The on-ramp at Seventh Avenue will be closed. The restrictions will take place on Saturday from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The city of Phoenix’s water main project will cause restrictions to State Route 51 off-ramps at Indian School Road in Phoenix from 7 p.m. Friday to 5:30 a.m. Monday. There will be no left turns allowed from the southbound off-ramp and no right turns allowed from the northbound off-ramp to Indian School Road.
