Here are the best Phoenix-area spots for National Grilled Cheese Day

PHOENIX — In case you weren’t aware, Thursday was National Grilled Cheese Day.
So, obviously, you needed to celebrate.
Here are some of the best places to get a grilled cheese around the Valley.
2 Fat Guys Grilled Cheese
If you want a lot of options, the 2 Fat Guys Grilled Cheese food truck is where you need to go.
They have more than 15 types of grilled cheeses, including the Buffalo Bill, which comes with chicken and buffalo sauce.
The food truck will be at the Arizona State University’s main campus from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Even Stevens Sandwiches
The Even Stevens’ menu features the JP Grilled Cheese, which comes with white cheddar, cream cheese and jalapeno peppers on french bread.
They have a few locations around the Valley, including one near First Avenue and Van Buren Street in downtown Phoenix.
Chloe’s Corner
At Chloe’s Corner in Scottsdale you can get a classic grilled cheese or an American, which comes with cheddar, swiss and american cheeses, bacon and tomato.
Chloe’s Corner is located at Scottsdale Road and Greenway Parkway.
Worth Takeaway
Worth Takeaway has a different take on the classic grilled cheese sandwich.
Its version comes with havarti and white cheddar cheese on a fruit and nut bread.
The special sandwich is also served with a side of housemade blackberry lime jam.
Worth Takeaway is located at Country Club Drive and Main Street in downtown Mesa.
Not Your Typical Deli
The Caprese Grilled Cheese at Not Your Typical Deli comes with tomato, basil, pesto aioli and mozzarella on italian bread.
Not Your Typical Deli is located on Gilbert Road between Ray and Warner roads.
Grubstak
Grubstak has the classic grilled cheese option with tomato soup.
But it also offers customers the Mac Attack, which uses mac and cheese instead of cheese slices.
Grubstak is located at Gilbert Road and Vaughn Avenue.
