PHOENIX — Audiences will be dancing — and sweating — when hard rockers Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson play a concert in Phoenix this summer.
In a press release, Live Nation said the duo’s Twins of Evil Tour would make a stop at Ak-Chin Pavilion on Aug. 26. The venue is located near 83rd Avenue and Interstate 10.
Members of both artists’ fan clubs were able to start buying tickets on Monday. Tickets will be available for the general public to buy on Saturday at 10 a.m.
Prices started at $29.50 and topped out just shy of $100. Taxes and fees weren’t included.
Upgraded tickets were also available. Those passes were expected to start at $245 each.
Fans who can’t make the Phoenix date — or just want to avoid watching an outdoor concert during the Arizona summer — can catch Zombie and Manson relatively nearby.
They were scheduled to play Aug. 24 in San Diego, Aug. 25 in Las Vegas and Aug. 29 in Irvine, California.
Manson was supposed to play at the Arizona State Fair during the fall, but was forced to cancel after suffering a nasty leg break. He made it up to fans earlier this year with a show at the Van Buren in downtown Phoenix.
Though he has been on tour, Zombie has not made a stop in the Phoenix area for several years. However, he played a show in Tucson last year.
