Vista Rossa, a 10-acre estate in Sedona, is up for sale — for the cool price of $12.5 million.

According to a press release, the home is cradled in the red rock mountains of the Coconino National Forest and features “sweeping views and a private, resort-like setting.”

The home itself was designed by the Sedona-based Morris Fine Homebuilding, which planned the design specifically for its elevated location and national forest border, which offers residents the ultimate privacy.
