Former Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians puts Chandler home on market

PHOENIX — It looks like former Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians plans to spend his retirement away from Chandler, as he has put his home there up for sale.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house located near Queen Creek and Alma School roads was put on the market for $1.5 million.
Should it sell for the asking price, the Arians would make a nice profit: Public records showed they bought the home for $1.2 million in 2013, the same year he was hired by the Cardinals.
It was pretty tough to see why the home would not sell for more than the asking price. It boasts 4,813 square feet and sweeping views of the Ocotillo Golf Course.
Prospective buyers will first lay eyes on a circular driveway along with a gated front courtyard that has a fire pit and water feature.
Inside, the home is loaded with custom features, including multiple temperature-controlled wine storage areas and sound-absorbing walls.
The house has both an office and a guest suite on the main floor that have their own private entrances.
The master suite has exposed beams, a stone fireplace and a door to the backyard.
Outside, the home has a sunken lounge area, an infinity pool and a covered patio with a built-in barbecue, which sounds like a pretty good place to watch some football.
Of course, the sale won’t leave Arians out in the cold. He owns a lake house in Georgia, which looked like a pretty comfortable spot to enjoy retirement.
