PHOENIX — Embattled Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was reportedly slapped by a man at a Scottsdale restaurant on Tuesday night.

TMZ reported that Weinstein had finished eating at Elements restaurant inside the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort near McDonald Drive and Tatum Boulevard when another diner attempted to punch him.

The alleged attacker, identified only as Steve, told the celebrity news outlet that he had approached Weinstein earlier in the night to take a photo with him.

He claimed Weinstein — who has been receiving treatment in Arizona after numerous women accused him of sexual harassment — was belligerent and told him to go away.

Steve and Weinstein left the restaurant about the same time. Steve told the site he instructed his friend to record him as he confronted the producer.

Video (WARNING: LINK CONTAINS FOUL LANGUAGE) showed a man lightly slapping Weinstein on the face at least twice while telling him to “Get the [expletive] out of here.”

Another unidentified man told the person to stop filming several times and grabbed for the phone. He also asked one man “And what would you do about it?”

The man who filmed the incident asked Weinstein if he wanted to call the police but the producer declined. The Paradise Valley Police Department said it did not receive a call about the incident.

Steve admitted he had had a lot to drink before the encounter.
