PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a Queen Creek woman who went missing on Monday.
According to Sgt. Calbert Gillett, a spokesman with the department, said 52-year-old Yvonne Grayson was last seen in the area of Ocotillo and Rittenhouse roads around 10:30 a.m.
Gillett said Grayson has “a mental capacity of a 10-year-old.”
It is possible that she got into an unknown vehicle.
Grayson was described as a 5-foot, 2-inch-tall African-American woman with grey hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans with a white shirt and a black jacket.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is encouraged to call the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office at 602-876-1011.
Editor’s note: The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office issued a correction saying Grayson is 52, not 49 as was previously reported.
