• Arcadia Meat Market is planning to open near 40th Street and Indian School Road in east Phoenix next month. The shop said all meats will be free range, pasture raised and hormone-free. Opening day has been set for Jan. 11.
• A popular central Phoenix shopping center has a new tenant. Prose nail boutique is welcoming customers at Uptown Plaza near Central Avenue and Camelback Road. Right now, the business is offering a $50 manicure-and-pedicure special.
