PHOENIX — If you entered the HGTV competition to win a dream home in Scottsdale, but didn’t win, your second chance just hit the market.
The dream home, which was given away following a monthslong entry period, has been listed for $1.25 million by the winner.
The home’s description said it was priced to sell.
“Due to the high demand of showings, we kindly ask for serious inquires only,” the listing read. “Given the offering price, please expect multiple offers.”
The three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,300-square-foot home is located near Pima and Westland roads.
It has a two-story great room complete with a custom fireplace, a separate bar area with a wine fridge and a huge kitchen.
The home also has two guest suites and a master bathroom that looks more like a spa than your typical bathroom.
The backyard looks a little small, but it comes with an artificial turf yard and a swimming pool, which is perfect for the Arizona summer.
The home was designed by HGTV personality Tiffany Brooks and was featured in three special episodes that were shown in April, May and July. Those episodes covered the home’s construction and design, as well as the lucky winner’s tour.
The home was being sold by the Jason Mitchell Group.
