Silver Alert canceled after missing Surprise man found

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been canceled for a man who was reported missing from Surprise, Arizona.
William Penn, 86, was reported missing Friday after having last been seen at about 4 p.m. according to the Surprise Police Department. He was located on Saturday.
A family member said the 86-year-old Penn has been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
