Main Street Minute: Enchilada place adding another site in Phoenix

• A local restaurant is getting ready to expand. The Phoenix Business Journal reports Gadzooks Enchiladas and Soup will open a second location in the next month or so near 40th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. The original Gadzooks is near Seventh Street and Osborn Road.

• Locally owned Red Mountain Weight Loss recently opened its 10th clinic in Arizona. The newest one is near Loop 101 and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler.

• A new development in Peoria is nearly finished. Enclave at the Meadows has more than 120 home sites with floor plans ranging from about 2,500 square feet to 4,500 square feet. Prices start close to $400,000. The place is scheduled to open in the fall near 91st Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.
