PHOENIX — It doesn’t look like Frankie Muniz is having much luck in the real estate business.

For the second time in two years, the former “Malcolm in the Middle” star has put his Scottsdale home on the market, this time for $2.4 million, according to Page Six.

The home, according to a Realtor.com listing, is located at 28134 N. 96th Pl. in Scottsdale and is on sale for $2,395,000. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 6,195-square-foot mansion sprawls across a 1.23-acre lot and was built in 2005.

The listing describes the home as an “architecturally inspiring residence” that is “welcoming yet luxurious.”

“Walls of Venetian plaster, custom cabinetry and beam detailing and natural stone throughout create a warm atmosphere” that includes a chef’s kitchen, dining nook, a great room with a TV and a fireplace, three guest suites and a “top of the line home theater,” the listing reads.

But that’s not all. The listing also boasts “Pinnacle Peak views,” a pool and built-in barbecue “at this incredible place to call home.”

If this all sounds familiar, don’t worry — it is. Muniz put the same home on sale in 2016, but at the more expensive price tag of $2.985 million.

This isn’t the first Phoenix-area home that the child star has sold.

In 2014, Muniz sold his Phoenix mansion for $2.85 million and in December, Muniz put a second Phoenix mansion on sale for $3.5 million. The listing is still active on that home.
