A young girl wowed judges and earned the famed “Golden Buzzer” on America’s Got Talent with a jaw-dropping singing performance.
Singing beyond her years, the nine-year-old Angelica Hale displayed her incredible pipes by singing Alicia Keys’ “Girl on Fire” on the NBC talent show.
“I’m so blown away because you walk out and you’ve got these sneakers on and you look like an adorable little child,” judge Chris Hardwick said as he explained his reaction to the performance. “And you open your mouth and it’s like, how do those pipes fit in that tiny body? You’re unbelievable.”
Hardwick enacted the Golden Buzzer, which allows a single judge to automatically send a contestant to the live round of the competition.
