‘Millionaire’ to hold auditions in Arizona at Tempe Marketplace

PHOENIX — The television show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” will hold auditions in Arizona’s own Tempe Marketplace on Wednesday.
The trivia show hosted by Chris Harrison gives contestants the chance to answer questions for prize money. Those near Tempe can get their shot at the game show at the Dave & Busters at Tempe Marketplace, a shopping mall on the northeast corner of McClintock Drive and Rio Salado Parkway.
Auditions will be held from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., according to AZTV’s website.

“Millionaire” has been on the air since 1998 in Britain but first aired in the U.S. in 1999. It was once famously hosted by Regis Philbin.
