Main Street Minute: Danish-style hot dog cart expands to include Phoenix storefront

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.

• A Danish-style hot dog cart has opened a storefront near 12th Street and Camelback Road. DK Dogs also serves up regular, Viking and pretzel dogs.

• Hiring managers from companies including State Farm, the National Guard and Nielsen will take part in a career fair Thursday in Phoenix. The event runs from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Hilton Phoenix Airport near 48th Street and University Drive.

• Sears Home Improvement is hiring 500 outside sales consultants nationwide, including in the Valley. The company is hosting a job fair Thursday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the office near 40th Street and Baseline Road.
