Main Street Minute: Fitness pros launch studio in Valley

• A billion-dollar startup is expanding in the Valley. The Phoenix Business Journal reports online home seller Opendoor has leased a 12,000-plus-square foot building in Scottsdale near 64th Street and Thomas Road. Opendoor has 38 employees locally, but plans to double that number by the end of the year.
• Flagstaff-based High Altitude Personal Training opens its first Valley studio Monday. The fitness business has set up shop near Cactus Road and Tatum Boulevard in Paradise Valley. High Altitude is offering free group training classes and a month free for anyone who visits this week.
• The Promenade Scottsdale shopping center will undergo a two-phase facade redesign and redevelopment. Phase one includes the construction of restaurants and retail stores. The Promenade is near Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
