Main Street Minute: Celebrity chef hiring for his Phoenix restaurant

• A celebrity chef is interviewing prospective employees for his soon-to-open Italian restaurant in Phoenix, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. Scott Conant, a judge on the food network’s “Chopped,” is conducting in-person interviews Friday at Mora Italian near Seventh Street and Bethany Home Road from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
• Aetna has more than 100 job openings in the Valley. The health care benefits company is hiring account and project managers, engineers and consultants. Applications are being accepted online.
• Home Depot is also hiring all across the Valley. The national chain has dozens of openings. Job seekers can apply online.
