• The Valley is welcoming the return of an Italian restaurant that closed 6 years ago. The Phoenix Business Journal reports La Locanda Italiano will reopen near 68th Street and Goldwater Boulevard on Tuesday. The restaurant was formerly located in north Scottsdale from 1994 to 2008.
