Cat fight: Tucson man captures bobcat tussle in a tree

TUCSON, Ariz. — Bobcats are fairly commonplace in Arizona, but one Tucson resident captured more than just the usual sighting on video last week.
Dan Grossenbach caught two bobcats having a bit of a disagreement in a tree at Ventana Canyon Tuesday. Grossenbach subsequently posted the video on Facebook, describing the dispute as a “turf war.”
The video shows two bobcats apparently fighting over the same shady spot in a tree. The two animals never actually come to blows as one cat eventually concedes and climbs back down to ground level.
Although these two bobcats seemed a bit frustrated, the animals rarely attack humans, according to the Arizona Game and Fishing Department.
