Main Street Minute: Job fairs in Valley focus on grocery openings, security

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday at 7:23 a.m.
•Fry’s Food is holding open interviews in all of its stores Tuesday from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. The grocery chain is hiring for more than 1,000 full and part-time positions. Or those interested can also apply online.
• SOS Security is also holding a hiring event Tuesday. It runs from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Desert Ridge Corporate offices near Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard. The company is particularly interested in applicants with security experience, computer skills, customer service skills and military veterans.
