Main Street Minute: Fitness club chain opens new Valley location

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday at 7:23 a.m.
• Sales positions in health care, industry, pharmacy and recruiting will all be available at a hiring event on Thursday. The event will run from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Phoenix Airport Marriott Hotel near 44th Street and McDowell Road.
• Colorado-based Office Evolution has announced plans to open three offices in the Valley. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the virtual office and co-working services company has looked at Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa as possible locations.
• LA Fitness just opened its 41st Valley location. The fitness club, near 59th and Peoria avenues in Glendale, is now accepting applications for both part and full-time positions.
