Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar says Clinton shouldn’t receive ‘get out of jail, free’ card

PHOENIX — Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) used Twitter to express his opposition Tuesday against the FBI’s decision not to recommend charges for Hillary Clinton after her use of a private email server.

FBI Director James Comey said Tuesday the FBI will not recommend criminal charges in its investigation against Clinton. This comes after Clinton was interviewed by the FBI.
Gosar also addressed the decision in a press release stating Clinton is playing by her own rules with assistance from the Obama Administration.
“The recommendation from the FBI to the Department of Justice not to pursue criminal charges against Secretary Clinton defies common sense, especially after Director Comey laid out a laundry list of illegal actions,” Gosar said in the press release.
The decision also follows Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s recent impromptu meeting with Bill Clinton on her airplane in Phoenix that she acknowledged had led to questions about the neutrality of the investigation.
