MIAMI (AP) – Ten migrants were returned to Cuba after the U.S. Coast Guard intercepted their vessels at sea.
The Coast Guard found the two vessels at sea Wednesday.
The Miami Herald (

Coast Guard Capt. Brendan McPherson told the Herald the people aboard the vessels are putting their lives at “extreme risk.”
Last week the Coast Guard picked up four people aboard a rickety vessel in the Caribbean Sea. The Herald reports that six more migrants were found a day later on a raft near Marathon in the Florida Keys.
