Reports: Gunshots heard in Watertown, Mass., suspect in a backyard

Multiple sounds, that were believed to be gunshots, were heard in Watertown, Massachusetts within an hour after authorities held a press conference to lift the the stay-indoors warning for people in the Boston area.
Dozens of officers are reportedly closing in on a specific house that has a boat in the backyard.
Police believe a person is inside that boat and that it could be Boston Marathon Bombings suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev, a 19-year-old college student.
