Report: Numerous injured after fertilizer plant explosion

A large explosion at a fertilizer plant leveled a portion of West, Texas on Wednesday.
According to KWAA.com, the explosion occurred about 7:50 p.m. in the town about 19 miles north of Waco.
A source tells News 8 that a large swath of the small town with a population of 2,800 has been leveled.
According to KWTX.com, the explosion sent a fireball about 100 feet in the air and was felt as far as 15 miles away.
At least 10 structures in the town were on fire, including a school and nursing home. Several people were reportedly trapped.
