Nevada-based Fore Property Co. has plans to build a 423-unit development next to the McClintock/Apache Boulevard Metro light rail station in Tempe near Arizona State University. Fore is calling the development project ‘McClintock Station’.
The cost of the development would be $64.5 million for the new apartment complex, and vice president Jonathan Corneilus has said that construction will begin in May.
Corneilus also stated that the cost of rent will range between $1,000 and $2,000 per month, and the complex is slated to open in 2018.
Fore also has plans on a new complex in Glendale’s Westgate area.
