Mother and baby found in Sedona, amber alert canceled

According to Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, both Belinda Hartman and her baby have now been found safe in the Sedona area. The amber alert has been officially canceled.
An amber alert has been issued after a 9-month-old was reportedly abducted by her mother.
There is currently no information on the means or direction of travel.
The mother’s vehicle is a white 2003 Chevy Impala with an Arizona license plate that reads BNW8308. The vehicle has a spoiler on the back and the back driver side tire has a missing hub cap.
Hartman is approximately 5’5 and 110 pounds. She has long brown hair and was last seen wearing a white jacket with light colored jeans.
