The Phoenix Veterans Day Parade
The Phoenix Veterans Day Parade is one of the nation's largest − attracting more than 40,000 people each November 11th.
Grand Marshal Nominations
The Parade Team and KTAR will review all nominations and name Grand Marshals representing:
- World War II − 1941 to 1945
- The Korean War − 1950 to 1953
- The Vietnam War − 1964 to 1975
- Cold War − 1945 to 1991
- Desert Storm − 1990 to 1991
- Operation Enduring Freedom − 2001 to ongoing
- Operation Iraqi Freedom − 2003 to 2011
Grand Marshals Will Receive
- Recognition in the Phoenix Veterans Day Parade Program.
- Recognition and special distinction in the Phoenix Veterans Day Parade and pre parade breakfast on November 11.
- Grand Marshals will also be recognized to the 40,000 parade attendees by announcers along the route.
- Tickets to the Parade and pre-parade breakfast for family members to view your participation in the parade.
- Tickets for you and a guest to attend the Parade Awards Banquet along with special recognition at the event.
