Banner Children's Fit Kid is a program designed to give kids and families the tools and resources they need to maintain a fun, active lifestyle while making healthy decisions to improve how they feel on a daily basis.As a Banner Children's Fit Kid you will receive:

- Information about Fit Kid Events that you can attend
- Access to videos with sample exercise, health recipes and messages from Banner doctors
- Health tips by clinical experts on food, fitness, facts and family
Log in each week and track your activity
Log in and fill out your physical activity log each week for all six weeks of the Summer Challenge. We encourage you to partake in 30-60 minutes of physical activity each day.Examples of activities are: walking, jumping rope, playing sports, riding your bike and any other types of things you are doing to stay active.
Complete all 6 weeks of the Summer Challenge and receive your Banner Children's Fit Kid Pack. You also will be automatically entered into weekly prize drawings for free passes for fun activities.
