    Arpaio has a lengthy and well documented record of violating civil rights and violating agreements he has made to make improvements to his agency. The DOJ is not unmindful of this shameful record in suggesting that a monitor would a wise idea for some with Arpaio's record of duplicity.

    I'm not really good at figuring out where to place comments to be honest. It was people calling others idiots...It fascinates me that people have to resort to name calling when all it is a difference of opinion.
